By accessing or using the MoveTheWheels platform ("Platform"), mobile applications, website, and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our Services.

• • "Operations Partner" means any individual or entity using the Platform to coordinate logistics across shippers, carriers, and warehouses
• • "Services" means all features, functionalities, and services provided through the Platform
• • "Content" means any text, images, videos, reviews, or other materials posted on the Platform

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Types

• • Carrier Accounts: Subject to verification and applicable subscription terms
• • Operations Partner Accounts: Require verification and compliance checks

4. Use of Services

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• • Honor confirmed loads and maintain service quality
• • Ensure timely pickup and delivery

4.3 Operations Partner Obligations

• • Complete all required verification and compliance checks
• • Coordinate shipments and partners in good faith
• • Maintain accurate operational and settlement records
• • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Platform Fees

• • Shippers: Plan and usage-based pricing, as published on the Pricing page
• • Carriers: Subscription and applicable platform fees, as published on the Pricing page
• • Transaction Fees: Applicable transaction or settlement fees, as disclosed in your plan
• • Enterprise: Custom pricing for high-volume networks

5.2 Payment Terms

• • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

By posting content on MoveTheWheels, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• • Use, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform
• • Modify content for formatting and display purposes
• • Use reviews and ratings for promotional purposes

6.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MoveTheWheels or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Logistics & Carrier Disclaimer

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVETHEWHEELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoveTheWheels, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination
