The delivery is planned from the nearest place that has the stock, whether a warehouse, a store or the cart, and assigned to a rider or van. The shopper follows it live and chooses how to receive it. Stock is shared between Kadaikodi and MoveTheWheels, so a parcel picked from a warehouse is never sold twice in a shop.
Returns travel back the same way, graded at the warehouse and routed to restock, refurbish or recycle, with the shop seeing the outcome on the order.
