Container Condition Review

Keep defect evidence, qualification status and repair review separate from equipment release.

These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product.

Overview

The Container Condition Review concept explores how a logistics team could record an equipment issue while keeping the decision to release the container separate from the act of entering an inspection. A damaged floor, uncertain examination evidence or an unsuitable interior may require more than a status update. This illustration brings defect findings, supporting images, reviewer information and an active hold into a single review surface.

The selected sample container is visibly on hold and awaiting qualified review. Its detail table describes doors, floor, cleanliness and CSC evidence, with different condition states, comments and supporting thumbnails. The floor needs repair and the examination evidence remains unverified. A side panel describes an inspector whose qualification review is pending and whose contact is not recorded. Beneath it, a repair-evidence upload area leads to a disabled release action. A prominent notice states that the inspection record is not CSC approval or certification.

In MoveTheWheels, the intended experience would support an accountable equipment decision with source evidence and clearly unresolved prerequisites. An uploaded photo or repair document cannot certify structural integrity, prove qualification or automatically remove the hold. The illustrated disabled action makes that boundary visible while the supporting panels help an operator identify what still needs review. All identifiers, organizations, findings and dates are invented examples. The design does not assert that the depicted equipment is fit for any particular cargo. Appropriate physical examination, owner obligations and qualified release criteria remain necessary beyond the record shown in this concept.

What this concept shows

Container Condition Review

Keep defect evidence, qualification status and repair review separate from equipment release.

This illustration shows Container Condition for a sample box that is on hold awaiting qualified review. A findings table covers doors, floor, cleanliness and CSC evidence, with condition labels, comments and image thumbnails. The floor requires repair and CSC evidence is not verified. The inspector panel explicitly shows qualification review pending and no recorded contact. A repair-evidence upload area sits above a disabled Release hold action. A warning distinguishes this inspection record from CSC approval or certification. All details are invented examples, and the visible evidence does not establish structural safety or permission to release equipment.
