Sourced Pallet Preview
Preview an upright single-layer arrangement from declared measurements.
These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product.
Overview
A warehouse planner enters package and pallet measurements, declared source references and versions, upright permission and permitted yaw before selecting Preview arrangement. Missing measurements remain unknown rather than becoming invented defaults.
This fictional example has four 400 × 300 × 200 mm packages at 2000 g each, a 1200 × 1000 mm pallet with 10000 g tare and zero additional packing: payload 8000 g and gross 18000 g. Its not-to-scale 2×2 layout illustrates a possible arrangement, not the exact deterministic shelf algorithm output or an application screenshot.
Two selected placed-subset bounds are pictured. The complete interaction presents seven bounds and keeps packing geometry, handling, securing, stability, floor support, loading path and cargo compatibility unknown. Declared measurement sources are not independently verified evidence; a geometric proposal does not authorize loading or certify readiness.
The left column keeps Package A, the pallet and its declared source together. Beside the arrangement, the count and two mass totals remain readable above the geometric-proposal notice. The lower cards keep the two pictured checks separate from the unresolved handling questions.
What this concept shows
- Exact whole-load gram totals
- Declared source reference and version
- Placed-subset checks beside explicit unknowns
- Read-only supplied-measurement planning
How it works
- Enter supplied measurements and explicit orientation permissions.
- Preview an arrangement and review placed and unplaced units.
- Inspect bounded checks and unresolved handling questions.
Who it's for
- Warehouse Planner
- Warehouse Operations Lead

Sourced Pallet Preview
The illustration pairs package and pallet measurements with a possible 2×2 arrangement, exact 8000 g payload and 18000 g gross. Two selected placed-subset bounds are shown beside seven unknown handling questions. The arrangement is illustrative rather than the exact shelf-helper output, and source DEMO-MEASUREMENTS / r1 is fictional.
