A dispatcher has fifteen unassigned jobs at seven in the morning. The co-pilot proposes an assignment for each: a driver who is qualified and rested, a vehicle that fits the goods, a route that respects the windows.
Each proposal shows its reasoning: why this driver and not another, which constraints were checked, and what the alternatives were. The dispatcher accepts most, changes two to keep a regular driver with a regular customer, and rejects one that clashes with something only she knows.
Accepted proposals are applied under her name and permissions, and every decision is recorded. The co-pilot learns from the reasons she gives, so tomorrow's proposals fit her operation better.
