An operations manager types a question: "Which consignments to the coast will miss their sailing this week?" The co-pilot answers from live records: three consignments, why each is at risk and a link to each one.
She follows up: "Which drivers with a hazardous-goods qualification are free tomorrow morning?" Then: "How much container free time do we have left at the port?" Each answer comes from the records she is allowed to see, with links to check it.
The co-pilot knows the screen she is on and her role, so a question asked from a container's page is about that container. It answers in her language, and it never invents a record that is not there.
