A customer experience manager promises delivery dates to customers and wants to know which ones are at risk before the customer does.

When a prediction moves past a promised window, the co-pilot raises it with the reason, such as a long dwell at a hub or a delayed vessel, and proposes what to tell the customer. The manager approves the message, and the customer hears about the change from the sender, not from an empty doorstep.
