A route planner has forty drops across a city and six vehicles: four vans, a small truck and two cargo bikes for the dense centre. She pulls the day's deliveries onto the planning board.
MoveTheWheels builds the routes for her: stops grouped by area, sequenced against each delivery window, loaded within each vehicle's weight and volume, and kept inside every driver's and rider's working-time rules. Narrow streets go to the bikes, the bulky drop goes to the truck, and the vans take the rest.
At midday a customer moves their window and a van is held up. The planner asks for a re-sequence. The affected stops move, the other routes stay stable, and each driver's day updates in their app with the reason. Routes are planned around people as well as parcels.
