Overview
The Container Free-Time Workbench concept brings the deadline for collecting cargo and the obligation to return equipment into the same operational view without treating them as the same clock. A forwarder can see which sample containers need attention, which have missing terms and where a recorded agreement supports the displayed dates. The illustration explores a clear starting point for planning a pickup or requesting more time.
The central table separates terminal last-free-day from equipment return due, with container identifiers and status badges beside each row. Above it, summary cards call attention to approaching deadlines, missing agreements and estimated charges. Selecting a sample container opens a detail panel containing agreement evidence, independent terminal and equipment clock cards, and an extension decision area. Requested, accepted and rejected are distinct choices; the visible estimate notice reminds the reader that source terms must be confirmed rather than inferred from a status badge.
Within MoveTheWheels, the design connects shipment planning to the contractual obligations surrounding physical equipment. The intended experience lets an operator review evidence before recording an external decision, keeping a request separate from an accepted extension. Dates, money and identifiers in the illustration are invented examples. They do not establish a contractual entitlement, a waived charge or a live carrier connection. The concept makes uncertainty visible through missing-terms status and confirmation guidance so that a convenient planning view cannot be mistaken for the carrier's authoritative agreement.

Container Free-Time Workbench
This illustration shows a Container Free Time page with three summary cards above a searchable container table. The table separates terminal last-free-day and equipment return due and includes awaiting-pickup and missing-terms states. A selected sample container appears in the right panel, where agreement evidence sits above separate terminal and equipment clock cards. An extension section offers requested, accepted and rejected choices with a Record decision action. An estimate notice asks the operator to confirm carrier terms. The amounts, dates, identifiers and document shown are sample data; the layout illustrates review and recording rather than an automatically granted extension.
