Versioned Logistics Procedures
Keep pickup steps, required evidence and signoff tied to the procedure version used.

Overview
The Versioned Logistics Procedures concept explores consistent execution across shifts and locations without erasing the history of how a task was performed. A process name alone is not enough when its steps change over time. This illustration combines a specific pickup procedure version with completed steps, evidence requirements and a signoff record, showing how an operator could see the standard that governed a particular handoff.
The main panel displays a pickup procedure with a version badge, effective date and history link. Four numbered steps cover equipment checks, seal recording, evidence attachment and handoff confirmation. Each sample completed step includes a time and actor marker. On the right, a required-evidence panel lists container photos, seal evidence, location context and a handoff document. A signoff panel records the sample signer and time, while a deviation request provides a reason field and a review action. A notice explains that the execution retains its published version.
For MoveTheWheels, the design envisions domain-specific procedures composed with shared evidence and accountable roles. Completed badges illustrate recorded decisions; they cannot establish that an actual physical check was done correctly or that a person has the necessary qualifications. The procedure version remains meaningful even when a new version is published, allowing later review against the instructions originally applied. All people, times and completion states shown are invented examples. Site, cargo and jurisdiction requirements would still determine which steps and approvals are needed. The concept emphasizes evidence and review rather than suggesting that a uniform checklist alone creates safe or compliant operations.

Versioned Logistics Procedures
This illustration shows Logistics Procedures with a versioned pickup process in the main panel. Four numbered steps show equipment inspection, seal recording, evidence attachment and handoff confirmation, each with a sample completion badge and actor timestamp. The right column lists required photos and handoff documentation, displays a signoff record and offers a deviation-reason field with Request review. A lower notice explains that the execution stays linked to its published version. The completed states and signer are sample data; they demonstrate the proposed evidence layout rather than proof of real training, qualification or physical inspection.
