A rider opens "My day": twelve parcels for the zone, already sequenced, with each door's instructions and time window.
At each stop she follows the navigation, delivers and captures proof: a photo, a signature or a code from the recipient. One building's gate is locked, so she reports an access problem with a tap; the recipient is asked for a new time and the stop moves to the end of her route.
Throughout the day she can see her hours, her earnings and her next shift. The app works offline in the basement car park and syncs when she is back on the street. Her location is shared only while she is working, she can see what is shared, and sharing stops at the end of her shift.
