These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product. This scenario describes a planned workflow with invented sample data.

This is an illustrative scenario for a planned workflow, not a claim that the illustrated capability is shipped.

Imagine a fleet dispatcher reviewing a logistics decision with incomplete information. The Load and Backhaul Review concept explores how a fleet dispatcher could examine the next freight movement without reducing the decision to a headline rate. An attractive load may consume too much payload, occupy too much space or miss a pickup window. The illustration brings vehicle utilization, candidate loads and the selected trip into one view, supporting a deliberate comparison before an operational commitment is made.

The selected sample vehicle has separate cards for loaded distance, payload utilization and cube utilization. Under those cards, candidate rows describe pickup and delivery windows, cargo, weight, volume, extra road distance and estimated margin. Two rows show candidate badges with reasons, while another clearly exceeds capacity. A dispatcher-review panel follows the current location, selected load and empty return to base, with sample distance totals beneath. The design includes an Accept plan action and a reminder that driver availability still needs confirmation before dispatch.

The planned workflow keeps external permission, physical evidence and qualified review separate from a planning suggestion. The illustration contains invented sample data and does not establish savings, compliance or a live partner integration.
