A warehouse supervisor has three trucks booked at the dock this morning. Each delivery arrives against an advance notice, so receivers scan cartons and pallets against what was expected. Shortages, overages and damage are recorded with photos on the spot, and anything needing a quality check goes on hold.

For every unit received, MoveTheWheels chooses where it should go: by goods profile and temperature, weight, how fast it moves, what it is usually picked with and its expiry. Fast movers go near the dock, heavy goods low, chilled goods into the cold zone, and goods already sold are flagged for cross-dock straight to the outbound lane.

Workers follow directed placement tasks on their handhelds in their own language. Every movement is a transaction, so the stock record matches the shelf from the first scan.
