Recognise duplicate and conflicting tracking updates

Illustration with invented sample data, not a screenshot of a customer workspace.

An integration analyst connects partners who send tracking updates in every way imaginable: some send each event twice, some resend with changed content, some send updates for consignments they do not carry.

MoveTheWheels records every delivery from a partner with an ordered outcome for each update inside it. An identical repeat is recognised as a duplicate and returns the existing result. Changed content under the same key is recorded as a conflict and held for reconciliation, without overwriting the original event. Updates that cannot be matched are rejected with the reason.

The analyst reviews outcomes by partner and opens the consignment behind any accepted update, subject to the analyst's own permissions. Partners can see the outcome of what they sent, so data quality improves at the source.
