Recurring Home Service Route Day Planner
Each pro's two-week rotation by zone and weekday, the same pro at each home, and room for new recurring customers on short drives.

Overview
In home and consumer services such as house cleaning and pest control, most of the work is recurring visits on fixed days, and customers notice when a different pro turns up or their day keeps moving. This MoveTheWheels concept illustrates a Recurring Route Days planner built around those fixed route days rather than the day's emergency calls: each pro has a two-week rotation, Week A and Week B, with a zone for each weekday.
When recurring work is scheduled one visit at a time, routes sprawl across town, the same home sees several different cleaners in a month, and new customers are promised a day that has no room. Pest routes also need slots held back for the re-services a plan owes.
The desktop illustration shows the planner under Routes with Week A and Week B tabs and an Add recurring customer button. Tiles count recurring homes, homes that had the same pro for the last four visits, re-service slots held and zone days near full. A grid of zones by weekday places each pro's day with its homes or stops, and drive minutes on some cells, including a pest day with re-service slots, a day marked Spread out, a day with room for more and a full day. A zone-day map shows one home well away from the others, with a button to move it to another zone's day. A Room for new recurring customers card lists zone days with space and one zone that is full in Week A, a From Subscriber Bot card offers to place a new biweekly plan on one of them, and a line shows a pro's booked hours against the hours set in CrewFoundry. A Same pro every visit table lists customer, plan, usual pro, how many of the last four visits were with that pro, and home notes such as a cat kept in a bedroom or a key in a lockbox. The mobile illustration gives a cleaner their rotation and regular homes.
The planner is designed to work with three other Burdenoff products. Plans in Subscriber Bot are designed to supply each home's frequency, skips and owed re-services, and a new plan is offered a zone day with room. CrewFoundry is designed to supply each pro's hours set and booked, and each visit is designed to open as a task in Kadaikodi, as the phone view notes. Within MoveTheWheels, the planner sits under Routes, and the phone shares the Deliveries, Map, Scan and Profile tabs of the driver app.

Two-Week Route Days by Zone
This illustration shows a light-themed Recurring Route Days page under Routes with Week A and Week B tabs and an Add recurring customer button. Tiles count recurring homes, same pro for the last four visits, re-service slots held and zone days near full. A zones-by-weekday grid places each pro's day, including homes with drive minutes, a pest day with stops and re-service slots, a day badged Spread out, one with room for three and a full day. A zone-day map shows one far-off home with a button to move it to another zone day. A Room for new recurring customers card lists zone days with space and one that is full, and a From Subscriber Bot card offers to place a new biweekly plan on one, above a CrewFoundry line with a pro's booked and set hours. A Same pro every visit table lists customer, plan, usual pro, last four visits and home notes. All data is sample data.
A Pro's Two-Week Rotation on the Phone
This illustration shows a My rotation screen on a phone for a cleaner, with Week A selected over Week B. Day cards give Monday in one zone with its homes and driving time beside a small map, Tuesday off, Wednesday in another zone with a Room for 2 badge, Thursday back in the first zone and Friday off. A Your regular homes card lists a home visited every other Monday with every recent visit by this cleaner, a weekly customer who asked for the cleaner by name, badged Missed you twice, and a home visited every other Thursday with a note that the dog stays in the yard. A footer shows hours set in CrewFoundry against hours booked, notes that each visit opens as a task in Kadaikodi and offers an Ask to swap a day link. A tab bar offers Deliveries, Map, Scan and Profile. All details are sample data.
